Seasonal kamameshi rice cooked in a clay pot

Cuisine

At Gosho Minami Kamata, our cuisine is built around three specialties: Umadashi Konabe, a small hot pot that highlights the flavor of our dashi; charcoal-grilled dishes that bring out the natural character of each ingredient; and kamameshi rice, cooked individually with ingredients of your choice.

Seasonal ingredients are carefully incorporated into every dish, from sakizuke and shinogi to Umadashi Konabe, hassun, grilled dishes, kamameshi, soups and desserts, with each course prepared to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.

Our private dining room is also available for important family occasions, including formal meetings between families and okuizome celebrations.
